The Summer Soiree is an elevated, hands-on cake decorating experience inspired by summer sunset colors, mocktails and girls night out vibes.
In this workshop, you will learn how to stack, fill, crumbcoat, frost, and decorate a 4 inch heart cake. Professionally packaged to take home! Enjoy fruity mocktails, french macarons, professional photos and great company while creating something beautiful (and delicious!)

Stacking, filling, crumbcoating, and frosting a 4 inch heart cake
Fun piping techniques
Cake decoration and adornment placement
Open opportunity for Q&A with Andrea
Class Date: Friday, June 26th
Class Time: 7pm- 8:30pm
Class Location: The Story Room
Studio Address: 7720 Clyde Park Ave SW, Byron Center, MI
Dress Code: Sunset Chic! Think silk, flowy dresses, pinks, yellows, oranges. Dress code is not mandatory however this is a great excuse to dress up and take photos with your friends! We will be in a gorgeous studio space.
Andrea will be taking professional photos during the class. You are welcome (and encouraged!) to have her take photos of you with your cake, alone, with friends, etc! The class is in a gorgeous, BRAND NEW photo studio that we are honored to be able to enjoy. She will also take photos during class of you working on your cake. The full gallery will be sent via email to each attendee within a few days of the class and can be used as desired!
Ticket Includes:
4” vanilla heart cake (GF option available) to decorate and take home professionally packaged!
Your choice of filling flavor
All the supplies needed to decorate your cake.
A variety of adornments to decorate your cake.
Guided instruction from Andrea herself as well as an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Fruity mocktails and french macarons!
Photo backdrops and lots of opportunities to take your own photos! Andrea will also be taking professional photos that will be shared with you after class.
A chance to create with your friends and make new ones while enjoying treats, listening to music, taking photos, and having a great time!
Tickets are non refundable due to the preparation of materials and limited seating. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend with a minimum of 72 hours notice.
In the unlikely event that the class is cancelled by Violet Flour Bakes, a full refund will be issued.
This class is designed for guests ages 12 and up.
