Flavors

Violet Flour Bakes creates all cakes, fillings, and frostings from scratch with the highest quality ingredients. No artificial preservatives, flavors (aside from high quality extracts) or sweeteners are ever used.

Local and seasonal ingredients are used whenever possible. If you are interested in a flavor that is not listed please reach out, custom flavors are available upon request.

Each cake includes one cake, one filling, and one frosting flavor. Additional flavors may be added for an additional charge. Tiered cakes can have different flavors of cake/fillings in each tier but will need to have vanilla buttercream as the frosting as it is the only true white decoratable option.

Flavored Buttercreams are not white, but take on the natural colors of ingredients used (strawberry is pink with strawberry speckles for example) and work best for items like cupcakes. Frosting options can also be used in place of fillings.
